Yarden graduated from York University with an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology. For her undergraduate research she examined the relationship between categorical face perception and high interference memory with amnesic patients and older adults. Yarden is currently in her first year in the Research and Clinical Training program at McMaster University, and her research has two primary aims: (1) To investigate the cognitive and neural basis of combining neurofeedback and aerobic exercise training in healthy undergraduate students, and (2) To investigate the efficacy of goal management training with individuals diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.
